Community Oriented Project: Tai Chi with Music
The focus of this program is to incorporate a variety music from different cultures into this fun series of classes targeting different skill levels and ages. The goal is to learn and master basic Tai Chi movements along with an understanding of the art and the culture of Tai Chi which is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for its health benefits. The term Tai Chi refers to a philosophy of the forces of yin and yang, which are related to the moves.

2018 Class Description: “Tai Chi with Music” incorporates Chinese Music, and your favorite music of the 60's, 70's and 80's into this fun series of classes to help you learn and master basic Tai Chi movements.
